Refund policy
Eligibility & Timeframe
Non-custom items may be returned within 15 calendar days of the delivery date, provided the conditions below are met. Returns submitted outside this window will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by all accessories, components, manuals, and documentation that were included at the time of delivery
Associated Fees
A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee is deducted from the refund amount.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For small parcel items, customers purchase and arrange a return shipping label and drop the package at the carrier of their choice. If the return is the result of a confirmed defect, return shipping costs will be covered.
For freight items, return pickup will be coordinated on the customer's behalf. The cost of freight return shipping will be deducted from the refund after customer approval. Because game room equipment frequently ships via freight, return shipping costs cannot be quoted in advance and will vary by item and location.
How to Start a Return
Step 1 — Reach Out Contact sales@arcadetwo.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning.
Step 2 — Receive Approval If the return meets all eligibility requirements, written approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Step 3 — Package the Item Repack the item securely in its original packaging with all included materials.
Step 4 — Ship It Back Follow the return shipping instructions provided with your RMA. Return addresses are warehouse-specific and will be provided upon approval.
Step 5 — Refund Issued Once the item is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be designated as final sale due to manufacturer policies or product category restrictions. Final sale status will be disclosed on the product page or communicated prior to purchase.
Exchanges
Arcade Two does not process traditional exchanges. If a different item is needed, the process is as follows:
- Initiate a return for the original item by contacting sales@arcadetwo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Standard return conditions apply, including the 20% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping.
- Once the return has been approved and initiated, a new separate order may be placed for the desired item.
Return eligibility requirements apply — items must be unused, unopened, within the 15-day window, and in original packaging with all included materials.
Order Cancellations
Standard Orders Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled at no charge for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, the return policy applies.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
Damaged Deliveries
Inspect all orders immediately upon arrival.
For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork before signing. Report all damages — with supporting photos — to sales@arcadetwo.com as soon as possible.
Reporting windows:
- Standard deliveries: within 15 calendar days of delivery
- Freight deliveries where damage was noted on delivery paperwork: within 15 calendar days
- Freight deliveries where damage was not noted on delivery paperwork: within 5 business days
Depending on the nature and severity of the damage, a replacement or parts shipment will be arranged. Failure to report within the applicable window may limit available resolution options.
