Delivery Area & Coverage
Arcade Two ships to residential and commercial addresses throughout the 48 contiguous United States at no charge. Shipping is not currently available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or any international destinations.
How Your Order Ships
Depending on the size and weight of the item, orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or freight carriers including Estes, ABF Freight, and other reputable carriers. Smaller items ship via small parcel. Larger items ship via freight.
For freight shipments, liftgate service and curbside unloading are included. Delivery is made to a driveway or accessible ground-level location and does not include inside placement, stair carries, or unpacking. Moving the item from the curb into the home or business is the customer's responsibility.
Freight deliveries require a scheduled appointment. Once the shipment reaches your local terminal, the carrier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Processing & Transit Times
- Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM CST
- Processing days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
- Transit time: 4–9 business days
- Total estimated delivery window: 7–14 business days
Occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or supply chain disruptions. Customers will be notified and issues resolved as quickly as possible when delays arise.
Tracking Your Shipment
Tracking information will be sent via email within 24 business hours of shipment. If tracking details are not received within 5 business days of placing an order, please reach out at sales@arcadetwo.com.
Delivery Address Changes
Address updates must be requested before an order ships. Once an order has left the warehouse, delivery address changes are generally not possible. If the carrier is able to accommodate a change after shipment, additional fees may apply. Please review all address details carefully at checkout — incorrect or incomplete addresses are the responsibility of the buyer and may result in delays, additional charges, or lost shipments.
Inspecting Your Delivery
All orders should be inspected carefully upon arrival.
For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork before signing. Damages must be reported within 15 calendar days of delivery. For freight shipments where visible damage was not noted on the delivery paperwork, damage must be reported within 5 business days. Failure to report within these timeframes may limit available resolution options.
Modifying or Canceling an Order
Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled or modified at no charge. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled — a return may be requested in accordance with the Refund Policy. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
